Frequently Asked Question

The most common cause of GPS/AVL malfunctions is Windows Defender Firewall being on. Here are the steps to check its status and disable if needed.

Start typing defender in the search bar and look for Windows Defender Firewall

If you see anything in green the firewall is on and click Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off from the menu.

Click the Turn off buttons and click OK.

You should begin to see your location on the bottom left of the CAD screen.
